LOCAL PICKUP

• In-store pickup is available from Monday-Sunday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

Delivery Cost

• We offer free delivery for orders over KSH 10,000/- within a 5 KM radius of Village Cellar. Contact us to get a delivery quote if you’re outside the radius.

Order Processing

• We process orders within 10-30 minutes of arrival.
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please call us immediately 0729221100. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
