Vinification
Fermentation: The must has been protected from oxygen during the fermentation process. A cold maceration was carried out before fermentation between 12 and 14 hours so that the contact with the skins was more important. The slow fermentation with permanent temperature control between 12 ° C and 15 ° C has extracted the mineral and fruity aromas characteristic of this variety.

Notes Dress: Pale green.
Nose: Complex and elegant, with a mixture of tropical fruit and citrus aromas such as lime, grapefruit, pineapple and pear, accompanied by delicate notes of minerals and herbs. Palate: Elegant with a vibrant acidity that maintains the typical freshness of this grape variety. Citrus notes once again show a trend towards a mineral finish that adds complexity to the wine.
