TASTING NOTES Pale straw colour. Aromas of guava, pear and citrus. Vibrant peach and apricot fruit follow on the palate with tangy note of pineapple. Light to medium bodied and dry FOOD PAIRING & SERVING Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled chicken, seafood & shellfish, mezze platters and light pasta dishes Serve well chilled between 7°C to 10°C. Optimal drinking within 2 years of harvest WINEMAKING Grapes were sourced from vineyards in Worcester and Rawsonville regions. The Semillon was harvested two weeks earlier than the Chenin blanc and the grapes were vinified separately before final blending. The wines were fermented with different yeast strains to enhance the character of each variety. Fermentation was temperature controlled between 12°C to 14°C in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation the wine was left on lees for a 1-2 months and then racked and blended. The blend consist of 55% Chenin blanc and 45% Semillon Alcohol 11.8% Acid 5.7g/L Sugar 1.7g/L pH 3.4 PACKAGING Glass Bottle 410g Closure Screwcap
