Tasting Note: Ripe pear, apple, pineapple and citrus fruit notes layered with rich oak and vanilla characters; rich and buttery with a long attractive finish. Serving Suggestions: With a wide variety of foods, from sushi to roast chicken. Cream sauces, in general, complement this wine, as do foods with a slightly smoky character.
